fantastic stay near the pleasure beach
quiet room friendly owners convenient parking
The owners greeted me warmly. They seemed very friendly. i got lucky with parking behind the b&b which was helpful. the room was clean and quiet since it faced the back of the hotel.
The shower pressure was a little weak. Still usable, but not as strong as i prefer.

Decent stay, some issues noticed
perfect location helpful hosts dirty en suite drafty window
The location was great. It was perfect for the Pleasure Beach and South Pier. Having parking available was really good. I also found the hosts Leigh and Sue cute. They were very helpful with information about the area.
The en suite wasn't really clean. I saw dirt under the sink taps and at the bottom of the shower. The bedroom window was shut but really drafty. I could hear outside noises very clearly.

charming escape
early check-in kind gesture spacious room
Sue and leigh were so attentive. they offered early check-in, such a rare gift. leigh even helped carry my luggage. This was so kind. the family room had enough space for my daughter and me.
The en suite lacked cleanliness, especially near the sink taps. the shower cubicle bottom showed dirt. This was not ideal. i had to clean the sink taps myself.

Off-road parking was available and rare to find. I greatly appreciated this. parking space saved time and was very convenient. the hotel's location near attractions added significant value. All key spots were within easy reach.

Sue and leigh were friendly and cute. Their hospitality stood out. they remembered details from past conversations. leigh's help with luggage to the first floor was a kind gesture, and their assistance enhanced our stay.

acceptable but ROOM needs work
dirty bathroom shower attention
the location was GOOD. it was near places i wanted to see.
The bathroom needed a good scrub. It felt pretty GRIMY. i had to wipe down the sink myself. the shower needed serious attention too.

convenient location brief walk restful sleep clean room
Leigh and sue greeted me warmly. the location was indeed very convenient, it is so close to the south pier and pleasure beach. It was a brief walk. i secured parking behind the b&b, it really helped. the room at the back was quiet and i had restful sleep. the room was very clean and comfy.

the owners were very accommodating of my late arrival, i liked that. leigh helped me carry my luggage to the room, i was on the first floor. they are very knowledgeable about the area. sue and leigh allowed an early check-in.
